Since Cleanse America ended, I have had some nights out eating the wrong food. If there was any question where my fatigue comes from it’s definitely reinforced now. I have been very tired again during the day and not sleeping at night. example it’s 4:53 am now and although I’m exhausted, I can not sleep. This has been 2 nights in a row now. While on the cleanse this crazy behavior had ended and I was sleeping well and going to bed early. Obviously something in the cooked food is making me tired and yet restless and messing with my cortisol and adrenal levels. I can definitely feel it after eating non raw food.
I haven’t been completely awol but a little of the wrong food seems to go a long way with me.
Tomorrow (today- July 4th) I have a nice (mostly raw) food day planned and then I plan to resume a cleanse and detox lifestyle after that. I really need this. To feel better again.
Morning Smoothie- mango, oj, spinach, strawberries, chia seeds.
Hard to believe but this is my first green juice! Pretty good! Head of romaine, 5-6 kale leaves, 1/2 a cucumber, 2 apples, 1 lemon.
I’m going to be working on drinking one everyday. Need to focus on alkalizing.
